FISCAL POLICY : THEORY AND PRACTICE
This course aims to equip learners with an overview of the principles of public finance, the impact of fiscal policies on a state’s economic performance, and the utilization of fiscal tools influencing economic outcomes. Course No. 3001: Basic Course on Integrity Education Program "Ethics, Integrity and Compliance"
This program is designed to improve the understanding and commitment to ethics and integrity in the public service, particularly in public finance and management, and to equip the civil servants particularly the revenue and tax collectors and administrators in the DOF family who are prone and at risk in corruption. This program is consists of courses that tackle integrity and anti-corruption strategy particularly in the Finance Sector/Services that will help and observed and reduced corruption. This course will also provide an intensive discussion on compliance and integrity culture that promotes ZERO-corruption tolerance that will set and inculcate in the behaviour of the new entrants from the BIR, BOC, and BLGF in the public service.
Course No. 2001: Bureau of Customs Onboarding
The Bureau of Customs (BOC) Onboarding Program was designed specifically to acclimatize the newly hired employees on the organizations’ mandate, vision, mission including basic operational knowledge on how the BOC works. By inculcating the basic information and functionalities of the organization, the employees will have an overall understanding on why, what and how the organization operationalized. By capacitating new entrants on these areas, it will allows them to become more knowledgeable and productive in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as a Public Servant.
