Internal Trainings

The onboarding program aims to provide the new employees and contract of service personnel of the Academy with the required knowledge, skills and behaviors, and to help them adapt easily to the work environment including their roles and responsibilities.  The value of being acquainted with the organization, with the different functions, and with the people they have to work with, shall facilitate better immersion process within the organization and its culture.

To effectively and efficiently perform their functions, the new employees and contract of service personnel need to be oriented on specific policies, mandates and compliance requirements of the various agencies affecting their employment and the Academy’s operations, in general. Given the demands the Academy has to meet in terms of the training requirements of the institutes, it is also highly important to ensure that PTA employees and the contract of service personnel themselves are equipped and well-knowledgeable of these matters.
