The Philippine Tax Academy's onboarding program is intended to provide newly hired employees and Contract of Service (COS) personnel with the fundamental knowledge, skills, and work behaviors required to effectively adapt to the organization and fulfill their duties and responsibilities. A more seamless integration into the organizational culture of PTA will be facilitated by an understanding of the Academy's structure, functions, policies, and workplace expectations.
This intermediate-level course focuses on the principles and techniques of business and technical writing essential for revenue employees in various government agencies. Participants will develop the ability to write clear, structured, and grammatically accurate documents tailored to different audiences and purposes. Emphasis will be placed on planning and organizing content, integrating data effectively, and employing rhetorical strategies to compose persuasive and professional messages. The course combines theoretical input with practical exercises relevant to the participants' work environment.
