The Philippine National Public Key (PNPKI) Orientation and User Training is an introduction to the PNPKI, a service offered by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). PNPKI is a secured framework that uses digital certificates to verify the identity of individuals and organizations involved in online transactions, preventing fraudulent activity and ensuring data authenticity. It enables secure communication over an insecure network by using public key cryptography and digital certificates to establish trust between parties and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity of data. Part of the training is the technical assistance on the application of digital certificate, installation of self-service portal, management and the use of digital certificate.
